Renomora
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 6 October 2026
This Policy explains how subscription cancellation, credits and refund requests are handled by Renomora. It forms part of the Renomora Terms of Service. Nothing in this Policy removes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
1. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel a Renomora subscription through Account → Manage subscription. Subscription management is provided through Stripe.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. You retain subscription access until that date, no further subscription renewal will be charged after cancellation takes effect, unused monthly revisions expire, and banked credits already held remain available.
Cancelling does not automatically delete your Renomora account, projects or existing content.
2. Monthly revisions
Included revisions reset each monthly billing period and do not roll over. If you cancel, unused revisions remain available until the current subscription period ends and then expire. Revisions have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
3. Banked credits
Unused credits may remain in your Renomora account after subscription cancellation. You may continue to use them for eligible services while your account remains available. Cancellation does not itself cause banked credits to expire.
4. Pay-as-you-go credits
Pay-as-you-go purchases do not automatically renew. Except where required by law or where Renomora agrees otherwise because of an error, duplicate payment or service failure, purchases already used to generate content are generally not refundable.
5. Failed generations
If Renomora reserves a credit or revision and an operation fails because of a technical failure before the paid generation is successfully provided, we will ordinarily restore the reserved entitlement.
Where a third-party generation has successfully completed but a later processing or delivery step fails, Renomora may recover and deliver the existing result rather than purchasing another generation.
6. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged twice or incorrectly, contact [email protected]. We will investigate genuine billing errors and correct confirmed errors.
7. AI output quality
AI-generated results can vary. A refund is not automatically due simply because an output differs from a customer’s subjective preference. This does not affect statutory rights where a service has not been supplied in accordance with applicable consumer law.
8. Consumer cancellation rights
If you purchase Renomora wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession, you may qualify as a consumer and have statutory cancellation rights. Under current UK distance-selling rules, certain service and digital-content contracts may carry a 14-day cancellation period.
Different rules can apply once a consumer asks for a service or digital content to begin during that period. Where required, Renomora may ask you to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge the effect that beginning digital supply may have on cancellation rights.
9. Statutory cancellation requests
Where applicable law gives you a cancellation right and you exercise it validly, any refund will be handled in accordance with that law. Depending on the nature of the service and whether you expressly requested immediate performance, the refundable amount may differ.
10. Subscription renewal payments
A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal takes effect. A cancellation scheduled after a renewal payment has become due does not automatically create a refund for that renewal period except where required by law.
11. Service outages
Where Renomora experiences a substantial service failure that materially prevents delivery of a paid service, we may restore credits, provide replacement credits, repeat the affected operation without additional charge, or issue a refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
12. How to request a refund
Send billing or refund requests to [email protected]. Please include the email address connected to your Renomora account, the relevant purchase or invoice, the purchase date and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send complete card details.
13. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Payment providers and banks may take additional time to make the refunded amount visible.
