Effective date: 6 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Renomora collects, uses, shares and protects personal information.
Renomora is operated by Edward Price, trading as Renomora, of 11 Manor House Road, Jesmond, Newcastle, NE2 2LU. For privacy enquiries, contact [email protected].
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Renomora, we may collect account information, billing information, project photographs and videos, AI-generated content, project instructions, edit requests, branding information, device and browser information, security and usage logs, and communications with support.
Complete payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Renomora.
2. Why we use personal information
We use information to create and operate accounts, authenticate users, generate and edit requested content, store projects, process payments and subscriptions, operate credit and revision balances, provide support, detect fraud and abuse, secure and improve the Service, comply with legal obligations and send important service communications.
3. Legal bases
Where UK data-protection law applies, processing may rely on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation or consent depending on the purpose of the processing.
4. AI processing
Renomora uses AI providers to process images, instructions and other project content in order to create requested outputs. This may involve transmitting necessary project content to providers such as OpenAI, fal.ai and providers accessed through their infrastructure.
5. Other service providers
We rely on third parties including Supabase for authentication, databases and storage; Stripe for payments, subscriptions and billing management; OpenAI for certain AI functionality; and fal.ai and associated model providers for certain generation and editing functionality.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom or your country. Where required, we use appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers.
7. South African customers
Where South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act 2013 (POPIA) applies, we aim to process personal information consistently with its requirements, including accountability, processing limitation, purpose specification, security safeguards, openness and data-subject participation.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide accounts and projects, preserve purchased credits, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, maintain business records and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your email account, devices and authentication credentials.
10. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.
To exercise a privacy right, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first.
11. UK complaints
If UK data-protection law applies, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first.
12. South African complaints
Where POPIA applies, you may also have the right to raise a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator.
13. Cookies
Renomora may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for authentication, account security, sessions and essential website operation. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising cookies requiring consent, we will provide appropriate controls.
14. Marketing
Where consent is required, marketing communications will only be sent with the required permission. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Account, billing, security and project messages are service communications rather than marketing.
15. Children
Renomora is not intended for children under 18 and we do not knowingly provide paid Renomora accounts to children.
16. Third-party content
If you upload photographs or other content containing identifiable people or information belonging to somebody else, you are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis or permission to provide that information to Renomora.
17. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as Renomora develops, providers change or legal requirements change. The current version will be published with its effective date.
